- Shipping We ship your orders securely via Korea Post. Please refer to our detail page for the list of countries eligible for free shipping; this list may change depending on international agreements. Free shipping applies per contracted package weight, so discounts for combined shipments are not available. Customs duties may apply during clearance depending on your country. In case of lost packages, please contact the delivery company directly. Our support is limited once the package is in international transit. If you need any documents, please let us know—we will do our best to assist in recovering lost items. The delivery address will be entered exactly as provided in the Google Form that you have received after the workshop, so please double-check your address carefully to prevent any delivery errors. -Refund Free cancellation up to 15 days before the workshop. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 15 days of the workshop.
