No Refund & Fee Policy According to PayPal policy, even if the buyer requests a refund or cancellation, sellers do not receive a refund for the transaction fees paid at the time of payment. Additionally, administrative and payment processing fees incurred during reservation changes or cancellations are borne by the seller, which is why we must operate a no-refund policy. Once a reservation and deposit payment are completed, refunds are not possible, and the deposit is non-refundable. However, we will do our best to assist with reservation date changes if you contact us. Also, in the event that a reservation is canceled due to circumstances on the seller’s side, a full refund including fees will be issued. Please refer to our Q&A page for the list of countries eligible for free shipping; this list may change depending on international agreements. Free shipping applies per contracted package weight, so discounts for combined shipments are not available. Customs duties may apply during clearance depending on your country; if you provide your country’s duty-free allowance in advance, we will do our best to help you avoid customs charges. In case of lost packages, please contact the delivery company directly. Our support is limited once the package is in international transit. If you need any documents, please let us know—we will do our best to assist in recovering lost items.
